I deliver to the UK using Royal Mail First Class service.
Delivery charges to the UK are FREE. If you would like the option of Recorded Delivery at a cost of £3.50 per order, please e-mail me before placing your order so that I can amend your invoice.
Orders outside the UK are subject to a postage supplement of £6.50 per order. Please e-mail me before ordering from outside the UK.
I always aim to post any orders to you within 3 working days, however, sometimes products have to be made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Where this is the case, I will inform you, and you may cancel your order if you so wish. In the unfortunate event that there is a delay, you will be notified immediately.
If you have to cancel an order for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible and at the latest within 48 hours of your placing your order. If the order has already been dispatched, as long as I have received notice of your cancellation within 48 hours, I will take responsibility for the return payment. Outwith that time, you will be responsible for the return.
If you are requesting an individually commissioned item then you will be advised of the delivery time on enquiry.
RETURNS POLICY
I have every confidence that you will be happy with your order. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase my returns policy is as follows:
To return a damaged or faulty item, please contact me by e-mail - mail@knit-knacks.com- within 14 days of your purchase to inform me of the problem.
Please wrap the returns securely and include the original invoice with your return.
All items must be returned in their original condition.
If the item purchased was damaged or faulty, I will reimburse the return postage costs. However, if returned for any other reason I regret I cannot be responsible for these costs.
I will replace faulty items with the same item, or I will refund you by Paypal/ cheque. You may also choose to exchange the item for another item.
PRIVACY POLICY
I do not sell, give away or rent your personal details to any organisation whatsoever. Nor do I keep records of any financial details for any reason.
